Critical is where a Resident/Tenant/Owner has passed away within the property

Sensitive is where the Resident/Tenant/Owner is still habiting

Critical:- full goods removal, disposal and disinfection and cleaning

ALL GOODS ARE REMOVED AND DISPOSED OF IN ACCORDANCE WITH EA REGULATIONS UNDER OUR LICENSE< CERTIFICATE OF DISPOSAL ISSUED WITH ALL WORKS< where viable goods that are recyclable, i.e. timber/metal/plastic etc are disposed of at recycling centres

Sensitive Cleaning:- In some cases the resident of a Property can no longer maintain their surrounding in a safe and healthy manner, we work WITH and for County Council, Local Authority and if viable with the family to ensure any works are completed in a compassionate and understanding manner to the resident.
